Customer Notification
1. Order Request
Place your order via the profile link and complete the payment.
Choose your preferred pick-up time: 12PM / 3PM / 6PM.
You will receive Email 1: “Order Requested.”
2. Confirmation
Your order will be reviewed within 1–3 hours.
If accepted, you will receive Email 2: “Order Confirmation.”
Payment will be processed only after confirmation.
If not confirmed, an automatic refund will be issued.
3. Collection
Pick-up is available only on the selected date.
Please collect your order by 8PM on the same day.
No changes can be made after the request day.
No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted until the day after the order request.
After that, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
This includes missed pick-ups, schedule changes, or personal reasons.
